By booking or attending a workshop you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to reserve your spot.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Liability & Waiver
Participation in the workshop requires signing a Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk at the start of the workshop.
Signing the waiver is mandatory to participate.
The waiver governs personal injury, property damage, and other risks associated with the workshop.
4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow attendees.
Disruptive, unsafe, or offensive behavior may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
Workshop content, including materials, recordings, and handouts, is the intellectual property of Royal Hawaiian Heritage Jewelry - Engraving Experience.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is prohibited.
6. Health & Safety
Participants must inform instructors of any relevant health conditions or limitations prior to participation.
Instructors may modify activities for safety or exclude participants who pose a risk to themselves or others.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hawaiʻi.
8. Acceptance
By booking or attending a workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and that participation is subject to signing the in-person Liability Waiver.
