  Experience Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy before booking your experience.

Cancellation Deadlines

To be eligible for a refund:

Full Refund: Cancellations submitted more than 21 days before the scheduled experience receive a 100% refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 20 and 7 days before the experience receive a 95% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations within 6 days of the experience, as well as no-shows, are not refundable.

How to Cancel

To cancel or request a refund:

Notify us by email.

Include your booking name, date, and order number.

Refund requests submitted through voicemail, text message, or social media will not be considered valid.

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your experience up to 3days before the scheduled date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling may incur additional fees if it requires changes to staffing, permits, or third-party arrangements.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 times total.

Cancellations by Us

If we must cancel your experience due to weather, safety concerns, staffing issues, or other unforeseen factors, you will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule your experience on another date.

 

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued within 10-14 business days back to your original form of payment, unless otherwise disclosed or required by law. 

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
